      No, ANNAMA COLIVING is neither a bed & breakfast nor a hotel. ANNAMA COLIVING does not offer guests the same services as a bed & breakfast or a hotel. ANNAMA COLIVING is a coliving accommodation option.

      It's not a new concept; coliving already exists in Italy. Co-living residences already exist in Milan, Florence, and several other cities, and they represent one of the solutions to the housing crisis for younger generations.

      ANNAMA COLIVING offers its guests 19 rooms of various sizes, available for short, medium, and long stays. Each room features a private bathroom, and larger rooms also include a kitchenette. Guests also have access to several shared spaces.

    • What shared spaces are available at ANNAMA COLIVING?

      ANNAMA COLIVING offers its residents a large, fully equipped kitchen furnished with several tables, including a large community table, a spacious living room with a TV, various work areas (coworking), as well as patios and terraces.

    • Is ANNAMA COLIVING easy to reach?

      Absolutely. ANNAMA COLIVING can be reached in just a few minutes from Brescia train station via the subway (Ospedale stop), and for those arriving by car, there is indoor covered parking available.
